I am still fascinated by a question from primary school: How do you divide an angle geometrically into three equal parts? Or the problem from my PhD thesis: a reliable biomarker for acute appendicitis in children.

Yes, I have taken part in a PFZ project so far. This in-house resource should be utilised. I am sure that we will continue to work together in the future. For example, I took part in a midazolam study.

Our research group is currently focussing on in-vitro and in-vivo studies on physiology and monitoring during mechanical ventilation.

manchmal gute Menschen, manchmal Musik, manchmal Wein, manchmal Traurigkeit… Wieso? Ich kann dies nur empirisch behaupten…. Es handelt sich wahrscheinlich um eine spezifische Stimulation der integrativen Funktionen des präfrontalen medialen Kortex…

Wahrscheinlich habe ich es verpasst… Die besten Sachen werden oft als selbstverständlich angesehen und wir registrieren sie nicht… Sonst: das AC/DC-Konzert mit meinen Töchtern in Paris war grossartig, den Mond und die Satelliten des Jupiters mit dem Teleskop zu beobachten war auch schön, Giessbachfälle….
