Internal care pool

With the help of our easy-to-use online platform, you can enter your potential services in advance. As soon as there is a need for a service assignment, we will contact you. You then have the opportunity to decide whether you would like to accept the service.

The assignments are initially limited to one year and a workload of 20 per cent. They are paid by the hour. In addition, there is a share of holidays, 13th month's pay and, depending on the job, shift allowances.

You will work on our nursing wards and support our well-established teams in the event of staff shortages or absences from the morning to the night shift. We will always deploy you in such a way that you only take on tasks for which you have the necessary professional experience.

You have completed training or further training in one of the above-mentioned professional groups. Ideally, you have experience in paediatrics or acute care. If you come from an adult care background and are unsure whether you are suitable for paediatric care, please contact us.
