With the help of a multifactorial, multimodal evaluation of neuroorthopaedic patients and patients with movement disorders, biomechanical and digital tools including 'virtual reality' are applied and further developed for evidence-based personalised research from childhood to adulthood:

• Development and application of evaluation tools for patients with movement disorders
• Translation between parameters of 3D motion analysis as biomarker, neuromusculoskeletal and microscopic physiopathological modelling and patient centred outcome analysis (PROM) with reference to the 'International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health' (ICF)
• Personal and environmental factors of daily life
